Back again ! Been a hell of a year for all of us. I’m sitting not-so-pretty at 220 lbs with a goal weight of 200 by Christmas. Let’s do this!

I just joined. As of yesterday i started my Joyful in My Body you tube channel to motivate myself and others too. I have gone up to 169lbs, was low energy. After less than a week energy is getting better and im having fun as I rebound most days and find u usual tips 🎉🙂
