Day 10: Still not out of the woods yet. Could have used a little "comfort cream" yesterday afternoon but had to tell myself "NO".
DH is coming home tonight. Am thinking ginger-garlic chicken, mashed cauliflower, fresh broccoli and raw carrots with dip. I only have 4 days a week to get fresh veggies into him so have to make the most of it!
No weight loss on today's weigh in but as long as it is not going back up I can be patient - after all, how many years have I been doing this? Think my highest weight was around 2001 - sure wish I'd had FS back then!
