Down 20 pounds in 3 months. I am good with that. that is a healthy 1.6 pounds a week. YES!! And I am gaining muscle by working out 4-5 times a week cardio and strength/sculpt.
105.2 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
