Woke at 227.5, down .9 from yesterday. This frankly amazes me as I'm losing weight again. I had a happy hour last night, where I drank a bottle of red wine, a few other drinks, and then ate a bag of pork rinds after. I honestly expected something like 233 this morning. Crazy. I got up too late to work out again. Targeting 729 calories today. UPDATE: Had cauliflower and two hard-boiled eggs for lunch. Weighed 228.9 at 5 pm, so the 227 is the new low.
