Woke at 233.3, down 1.3 from yesterday. Drank a protein drink and then went outside to do some backyard leaf cleanup, including removing some wet ones from the pool cover. Got in a good workout and came in at 231.9. Chili tonight, but Denise is making me a personal, no-bean pot! My honey comes through. UPDATE: Weighed 232.5 at 5 pm.
