I am house sitting this weekend so I won't be able to weigh in in til Tuesday morning. I'm going to track my food like normal and be aware. Going to the grocery today to pick up food items so I don't eat just whatever. Had big salad last night with a little salami, cauliflower, tomatoes, cheese and spring mix. It hit the spot but hungry this morning. Enjoying my coffee but forgot my creamer so dealing with it until later. Realizing the creamer makes a difference in the mouth feel and satisfaction so will pick some up for here too. Haircut today because I can't stand it anymore and tempted to hack at it myself which we all know would be no bueno. Hair salon it is.
