I stepped on the scale again this morn,I know I shouldn't,but I lost another pound.I didn't record it but I am definitely motivated to get to the 170,s!Time to go exercise then clean and in between I will be tending to two of my grandkids.
I am getting good at using a small plate for portion control.I see my double chin shrinking.HAPPY Tuesday!

Yay - great work! I use the small plate for dinner at night. It overflows! LOL. but the plate is half the size of our dinner plates.

Why not record it? I got down to 149 last fall and never recorded it. I think if I had I wouldn't be in the mess I am in now. Got to get your motivation wherever you can find it.
