It’s not a meatless Monday, but a Shakshuka Sunday 🤗😋😋 Shout out to Keyten who taught many how to make this. A few of us had so much fun doing this the past year and 1/2 or more. Best part about this meal, you can use whatever veggies you like!! Tonight, I used fresh collard greens, baby spinach, 🍒 tomatoes, garlic, diced green peppers, sweet potatoes 🍠, eggplant 🍆. Dippy 🥚 eggs 🤤. I usually use Dave’s Thin sliced Killer Bread, tonight, I actually and finally used Lavash bread. Don’t forget to top with Feta👌💜💚
