Still quite bloated looking. Running total: jump rope: 41 days, have switched to 1 1bs rope, 2 lbs rope remains the goal, 110 mins of lifting, 18 days no alcohol. I feel so much better but no visible changes.

Bloat happens. I freaked out too because with home workouts I was super cut. Then I got back into a gym and started weight training again. Bloated. Looked like my wife after pitosin induction. Ugh. But it goes. It's the over all picture not the right now. This is just a snapshot of a larger pic set. But yeah. I freaked too.
