Weighed in at 180.4 today. So close to the 170's I can taste it. This will be the second time in my life that I have been in the 170's, but the last time I was there I got there by cutting calories and doing cardio, and I was WAY less lean at 173 than I am at 180 now. Weight training makes a world of difference!
