Good on you for trying your hardest to get your diabetes under control!
I know that it’s really tough living with a chronic condition since I also fight a few of them myself including chronic pain as a symptom, which for me I find is the most difficult Challenge I face because it not only prevents me being able to do so much physically but it also affects my mood, and it’s like swings and roundabouts in that respect!

thanks everyone. bunny I use Google fit app. hat's off to you and others who have to deal with pain and chronic conditions.
Emma, I search the app and enter exercises manually, but I think some smart watch apps can sync with fatsecret

Thank you Peat :) I’ve got an iPhone so probably wouldn’t use the google health tracking app (it all gets complicated lol) but it looked like the app I’ve used before that I mentioned.
