Blood sugar this a.m. 107 fasting

Wt. on my scale with light clothing 195
edema minimal in a.m. and minimal in evening as well

sodium 200 mg breakfast
sodium lunch 150
bread 150 Total 500
1 slice cheese 100=600 mg

Had the mexican chicken breast soup with NO sodium tomato sauce, mexican seasoning, home made chicken stock, salt free corn, carrots and green beans, onion, bell pepper, garlic, poultry seasoning, bay leaf, thyme, cumin, chili powder (not salt FREE), red & black pepper, a little Jalapeno juice, and was GREAT....David liked it too.
