It's Monday.
The good things about today....... my new scales tell me I finally broke the 260's and am now 256.6!! Yay!!!
I don't have physical therapy until Friday. Thats a good thing, because where the muscle is in my right butt is black and blue from the little therapist that I had this past friday!! That darn spot is causing a whole lot of my problems!! Go figure!! One muscle in your butt is causing hip and groin pain!! Ugh!!

Well, I just hope they work on something else this friday!! lol!! I just want to be able to cross my right leg over my left knee, so I don't have to struggle putting a sock on that foot!! I'm laughing, because it literally is a pain in the arse!!

The bad things about today............its cloudy an gloomy. No rain forcast, just cloudy. The other bad thing, my cpap mask has given me a cold sore in my nose!!! Its not an allergic reaction to the materials, and I clean it very well. I usually get a cold sore every 3 to 4 months or so. I may have to resort to using ora gel on my nose to numb it so I can go to sleep!! It will wake me up too sometimes!! Those are the minor things for the day.

I started to make a pie for the hubby, at his request, and I should have gotten another can of filling. I think I may try to can some for him too!! It smells wonderful!! Lucky Leaf filling, and it is Apple Cranberry!! We have to go pick up one more can, then into the oven! The ASN has an apple tree, and told me I could get some from her to can if I wanted. She is such a sweetheart! I may have to either make up a recipe or modify one. I know that a quart jar will fill a nice 9" deep dish, but I only have like 4 qt. jars. I may have to make it in pints,. What ever works!!

I hope everyone had a great weekend!! Mine was rather laid back, but was a good one!! I'm off to check on canning recipes, Have a fun day!!!

And I thought only my kids were a pain in the butt.................. :) I bet with the pie going in the oven it will smell like Fall in your house. Yummy. Hope all is going well with you ! :)

Apple cran sounds fantastic and congrats on the scale. Yep, it was a big deal to be able to reach my feet for socks a year ago; I got there and so will you. Just be careful about crossing the leg at the knee all the time; it seems to have given me that 'leg' issue everyone'd warned me about (pain when I first stand). I'm getting old I guess.

Congrats, Puma! Seeing a change from 260's to 250's is a milestone!! Every time the 'decade' changes, it is a great feeling..seeing a lower number is a great motivator, too.
