Woke at 235.7, down .6 from yesterday. I was up until 2 am proofreading a document, so I slept in and no morning workout. Started with protein coffee. Will fast until dinner. UPDATE: Fasted until 5 pm. Weighed 233.7 before dinner. Ate another wrap with crack chicken but added some grilled peppers and onions from our fajitas the other day.
