I did it!!! I can't believe it!!! I had major anxiety about getting on the scale this morning due to my bad eating this weekend. I still lost weight. I am so happy. My goals are still the same to lose two lbs a week and maybe I can somewhat reach my goal by my December 14th birthday if I maintain. I am so glad that I didn't allow myself to drop off the eating right trail due to the hiccup I had this weekend with eating. Now I can continue on my path until the next weigh in and possibly lose more weight. I was so discouraged with myself, but now I am encouraged because I didn't allow the bad eating weekend to stop me. Usually I throw in the towel and say "junk food here I come" I didn't do it this time and I can stay on track with no regrets.

I am starting to enjoy bringing in my breakfast and lunch. Most times it is fruit and cottage cheese, but I love it. I go to the store more often, but I don't have a lot of useless food sitting around going bad. I also knew that I had a difficult eating weekend so I stepped it up on the treadmill from Sunday-Tuesday, I think this helped a lot. I'm running more which was my ultimate goal in the first place and I really feel good about myself. So much in fact that I bought two new sweaters a dress and pair of new pants. I don't like the dress so it's going back. The pants were my normal size 14 and they are going back. The sweaters are actually a large as opposed to my regular medium. I'll be 39 years old next month and I am just now accepting the fact that I am a large breasted woman :( The point is that I'm buying clothes. I haven't wanted to buy clothes in a long time because my size and now although I am no where near my goal weight I feel better about me. This is awesome. Of course next week I will be fearing the scale again so I'm going to bask in the shine of weight loss for today.

Of course I'm wishing you luck for losing weight and for making it through the black Friday sales. Sometimes those people can be b-a-n-a-n-a-s. I love it though. Thank you very much for the encouragement. Don't forget to add shopping to your exercise list. Shoot, I say you double it for Black Friday, you will have earned it.
