I've gotten comments from people that hCG is "cheating" and at first I almost agreed with them. But you know what I've realized that they have no idea what it's like to lose weight via the hCG method. It may not be the most physically challenging method but my goodness is it the most mentally challenging! I'm not hungry ever....but I think about food constantly. I can't wait for P3 I learned so many good recipes :)

Hey if it works for you and you can sustain the weight loss, then good for you. It doesn't matter what anyone thinks. I couldn't do it because not eating enough causes my blood sugar to drop and I get horrible headaches.

I'm on HCG now and I hate it...I just finished week 1 with an 8 lb loss...that is nothing..I could've done that eating 1200+ calories a day and exercising. Instead I feel like I've been run over..I have no energy and am dreaming about food at night. I tried to walk/jog 5 miles the other day...it about put me in the hospital. My body has never felt so horrible. Please tell me that week 2 and 3 will be better...that I will lose fat (so far I have gained fat not lost it according to my scale). Also after the 3 weeks of phase 3 I assume I can start losing weight again? I will not do HCG again...it just doesn't work for someone who wants to exercise and eat semi normal.

Hi...I'm sorry to hear you're so miserable. Everything you mentioned though... I can relate to all of it. For me the guaranteed weight loss everyday is worth it. Be sure to take a Calcium/Potassium & Magnesium vitamin. and drink a gallon of water everyday. hCg is for me one of the most difficult things I've done. But WORTH it in my opinion. I'm in P3 now and loving the HIGH FAT diet, lol!

Thanks for the support...I'm feeling better this week...I"m finally getting used to it and not trying to exercise like I normally do...just 1.5 mile jog and I"m still good to go. Not feeling hungry at night. I"m down 12 lbs in 12 days so I can't really complain. But I"m happy to be at my halfway point (I'm only doing 30 days). And I can't wait to eat an avocado or some salmon again!!! Not much longer :)

I'm so glad to hear you're feeling better! :) That's how it goes too!! One week I'm cranky as all heck but then before you know it... it's over. You are losing at a GREAT rate btw!! I usually stall towards the end for about 3 days, drives me NUTS! Oh yeah...avocado, homemade nut butters all that good fat food!! Worth the wait ;)
