Hello! Welcome to the FS Community! Are you counting calories or going low carb? I would really encourage you to bump up fruit & veg as fibre really helps fill us up (women: minimum 25g fibre per day). Less sugar & processed foods. Track your macros (protein, carbs (+fibre), fat) to find out what works for you :) Any questions, just ask!
