My hunch is that too much fiber slows my loss so I eliminated high-fiber wraps (but it was nice to make a quesadilla and my weight is dropping again. In theory, the fiber should be deducted to leave net carbs but my body doesn't behave according to the theory.
For a few weeks, I'm sticking with fiber from mostly unprocessed food - avocados, blackberries, strawberries, my 3-4 cups of salad, other green vegis, and of course, my processed Premiere protein shakes which help me keep my protein at 90 gm/day.
