Woke up at 5am and slept pretty good. Today I start my sessions with Joy in helping me get better asa taking care of myself and I can't wait. No poll today as I have no car (in for repairs) but plenty of other things on the agenda.....

Had my first session with Joy and I have to say I was so happy to see her and be doing this. One thing about Joy is she knows me even though we haven't seen each other in a long time. But I know this is going to work I can feel it and it MAKES ME FEEL GREAT when I got done with her today.

Didn't get to the pool today due to car anomy friend (who pisses me off). But I worked outside and did get on the treadmill for 20 min power walk. Right now 20 minutes is all I can handle for another week as my balance needs to improve. I wish I wasn't so achy and sore when I go to get up and this left knee clicking on the treadmill will be the death of me. I'm calling my ortho guy and making an appt. to have this knee looked at cause it's not letting me do everything to the fullest as it's holding me back cause of the pain. Nite
