My hubby and I take a walk every nite no matter what right when he comes home from work. All of the challenges have got me going. I tried some old exercise tapes I never would have, I drink green tea now that it is cold. Thinking about my wedding dress was good! so long ago! I have stairs so I did that one day and my legs really hurt the next! Being reminded to drink water was good. I do a Curves type circuit at a gym. The only challenge I couldn't do so well was no chocolate altho I cut down quite a bit...luv, mary
