Well today has been a good day over all. Went to the gym first thing this morning like I wanted. Controlled myself when just wanted to EAT! because of hunger then because of emotions. I need to go grocery shopping in the morning after gym for veggies. I am hoping to get alot work done tommorrow I am running out of time the weather is changing.Which gives me stress especially when I am taking the time for the gym. I need to just get it done!

Good job! The first week was the hardest for me. But it'll get easier. Try protein when you get hungry; it really does sate the hunger. Keep it up!
