I had a small weight loss, 1 lb, but I'll take it. I am trying to get more exercise. Today I bowled and bowled way over my average. It is hot so I didn't walk as I had planned. I have a new week going and it is going to be a good one. A buddy gave me a tip about Smooth Move herbal tea for occasional constipation. Mine problem is I never get the urge, so it is more than occasional. Anyway I am going to give it a try. I don't want to get hung up on laxatives.
