I decided 2 weeks ago. to seriously stick to this. I have used multiple apps to loose weight. I have kept my calorie intake under 2000 and I'm aiming for 30lbs of lost fat.
Everyday I walk around 10km and on some days I'll bike 20km instead. Being fat is not good for your health and honestly, I'm excited to work hard to lose it all.
