42 days since I started my endeavor. I have lost 15 pounds and 7% body fat since the start. I have also seen a significant gain in lean muscle mass and strength! A strict meat/fish, egg whites, and green vegetables diet, strict supplement plan, and 7 days a week at the gym (4 days weight training/cardio and 3 days cardio) is difficult and exhausting, but the results are well worth it! Next weigh in is 3 days away!
