Finally back to the 180s! at 189 I have now lost 7% of my total body mass in 5 weeks time, while seeing significant strength and muscle mass increases!
85.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
