my back is finally lossened up, not sitting around on ice eating my sorrow at selling the motorcycle, so that's an improvement. Chiropractor fixed my foot which fixed my back !!! weird!!! Weight is heading in the right direction so I am encouraged to hold to Keto, although I slipped today with I slice of bruchetta. yummy though!!
