Still paying for that sushi. Maybe tomorrow I'll see these pounds dropping back off. That little splurge cost me 6 pounds. Had I known it would be that bad, I'd have NOT done that.

You would have to eat a huge amount of sushi to gain an actual 6 pounds. Much of it must be water weight from all the sodium. Make sure your drinking water.
