I'm back. I was gone for 3 months. Situations arose and I couldn't diet. But even with this pandemic and all the craziness that had been happening with my life...
I didn't gain anything..
HOW? no clue.. I even ate cake, doughnuts, sugar, etc... The only thing was .. i was sleeping more.
So i'm starting again exactly where i left off. Back to calorie counting.. and back to mindful eating. Still have 70 lbs to lose.

Djsingh, that's awesome after all this time you're right where you need to be and you can just start fresh again. Today I binged for the first time ever that I can remember. I ate a PBJ sandwich. I haven't done that in years and years. And then I had another half. That was my calories for the day. I felt like I had just eaten a whole cake. I'm right with you JC, LOL.
Dj, you got this girl. We're All in This Together. We're going to make it.
