Just started dating a military man.
Can't believe HE asked me out. Told him this dieting thing has been tough for me. He said i'm perfect but if I want help he's going to help me out.
So just a note to all the single ladies... Just believe in yourself and always be the best you! Someone is out there for you. That will love you the way you are.
You're beautiful, no matter what. You are intelligent, no matter what. You are worthy of love, no matter what!

I'm back. I was gone for 3 months. Situations arose and I couldn't diet. But even with this pandemic and all the craziness that had been happening with my life...
I didn't gain anything..
HOW? no clue.. I even ate cake, doughnuts, sugar, etc...
The only thing was .. i was sleeping more.
So i'm starting again exactly where i left off. Back to calorie counting.. and back to mindful eating. Still have 70 lbs to lose.
