I am back to giving my husband all my credit/debit cards and money so I can't go buy cookies, candy and ice cream. I think I have been under stress because of the market crisis and the political stuff. I use any excuse to go crazy with sweets. I need to take a walk to take a deep breath and remind myself what is important in life, family and friends. Also sugar is addicting, so the more I eat, the more I want. luv, mary
