I really got off track with the covid 19 virus. I haven't recorded food intake very well for the past month, and have made many exceptions to my keto diet, resulting in an increase in carbs accompanied with a ten pound weight increase. I've re-learned how sensitive my body is to carbs, and if I stray far off my daily carb limit, I pay the price. With 100g carbs/day I maintain. At 50g carbs/day, weight drops. The issue is consistency.

My restless leg makes staying the course much more difficult because I'm up most of the night, and the rls makes me want to eat. The worse the rls thee greater the urge to eat and I end up grazing - eating whatever is available; toast, cereal, fruit. All the stuff I shouldn't eat.

After a year off, went back on meds - gabapentin. Back with my regular doctor and I feel a lot better about it. I'm 3 days in. Last night was pretty good. not perfect, but got more sleep than I have been.
113.8 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
