Yum, fired up the BBQ tonight and cooked up some chicken breasts and grilled trout!! Still avoided buying chips and chocolate! I even grilled a russet potato for good measure and threw a few Parmesan petals inside, no butter. I had a large salad on the side. The chicken is for the next few days tossed in salads or with a rice/veg. salad. I also bought 100g/3 oz. servings of filet mignon, they're tiny, but they'll be a nice treat. Really watching my serving sizes with meat this week. And my veggies didn't freeze as they did last week.
