It has been a gloomy day today, but not too cold. Good for dog walking, not too hot and not too cold. Food plan is going well and I am entering everything I eat. Tonight I am frying chicken for my hubby and using my air fryer for boneless, skinless chicken breast, followed up with green beans and cottage cheese. I made asparagus for dinner last night, but it turned out fibrous, so I think the asparagus wasn't as fresh as thought it was going to be. Oh well! I have enough healthy snacks saved in the fridge so I should get through the even without binging on food with no food value. I seem to shy away with logging my food when I have been cheating. Maybe we can all keep our minds focused on our goal and get through the weekend. No big Easter meal, no chocolate bunnies, No Cadbury Eggs. Amen
