I am going to try and stay at less than 1200 calories for a while. I had an excellent day. I rode my exercise bike, washed windows, and did some laundry. That along with walking my little dog kept the food cravings at bay and the windows look very nice if I do say so myself! I didn't get all the windows washed, so now I have a chore to do tomorrow. I will not snack after dinner! This is a promise I made to myself and I plan on keeping it. Good evening to all my FS friends. See you in the morning.
