Had to post this. It was a reply to one of my fellow buddies that checked up on me today. Really reminded me of how many supporters of this journey are out there and how I really must pick my fat self up and get back on the BALL!!!!:
Hey. I am still here....hiding really. I have fallen off the bandwagon...badly....and each day is a challenge....I am trying to climb back aboard but its just so hard. I will be back on program...actually having a family meeting with my husband about it sometime this week because we have both forgotten what losing weight means to us 300+ pounders. I will be back. I gained like 15 pounds so it makes me wanna just throw up my hands and quit...but that lil something in me wont let me.
