WOD (Way back in 2008 I found the 200 Med Ball Workout that UNC bball players did - and I still use it today)
All with a medicine ball - 10 exercises with 20 reps each (hence, 200): Big Circles Wood Chopper Standing Russian Twist Squat to Press Med Ball Sit Up Rocky Solo Toe Touch 45 Degree Twist Suitcase Crunch Diagonal Crunch
Probably be on alternate days when I don't do weight workout.
