12 pull ups
20 russian twists w/med ball
swiss ball mountain climbers
10 db push ups w/rows
20 V ups w/med ball
10 each one arm kb high pull
30 kb romanian deadlift
10 hanging leg lifts
15 each side kb side bends
20 kb swings
10 db shoulder press+squat
3x20 seconds kb suitcase walks

just ordered a band system to hook up downstairs as well - hoping that will round out some areas to add more options for exercises. the bands can tension up to 150 lbs of resistance.
