Thanks All! Everyone in the house is raving about this meal. Took 4 hours to make but it was worth it! And no wifey lol Im not Jamaican. Just Nigerian that likes to make different foods.☺

Beautiful food. I made chapati flat bread the other day for one of "our kids" from Nigeria. It is sort of like some bread he misses from home. He is so incredibly homesick. Poor lad. 😥
