Fasted 22 hours. i like to cook when i am anxious. This was omad: open-faced chicken rubenaki sandwich, veggies and hummus, parmesan baked green bean fries. I saw the green beans on a rerun of the kitchen today and had to try them. They came out good. I had a banana protein shake with chocolate syrup and reddi wip for dessert. Good macros again today.
