I had to work from home today due to a possible corona virus case in my work building. I was a big challenge for many reasons. I am hoping I am back in our office on Monday as they are "sanitizing" the building. Hoping that person does not have it. No exercise, little food, some beer. Hard to track. My oldest DD checked in on me so appreciated her call.

If you can stay at home maybe you should go with that.... If not ... washing hands often and practice not touching your face....

Hey liv001. Working from home is so hard. Most of my team does not have access due to their internet and hardware. So it's me and a few others who don't have access to everything that are helping out. So appreciate them helping. life remoted is difficult. Our other safe option is not avail do the virus possible implications. I work for 47 mutual fund companies -- we cannot simply shut down.

liv, I am really bad about touching my face as I often rest my head on my hands, push my hair back and juniper pollen makes my itch. If I think about it I do it more.

I know... about the touching the face thing. I have a lot of hair and touches it all the time and yeah thinking of it makes you want to touch it. I guess washing hands will be my thing.

Hand washing for me and by the time we get back into our work building I will have a natural hand sanitizer cream figured out. Those commercial ones like Purell cause rashes, cracked super dry and bleeding hands for me. I have Dr Bonner's tea tree soap at my desk as the soap in the work restrooms is not nice to the hands either.

Listen girlfriend ... you have had several asthma issues and this virus is respiratory if I heard correctly. YOU KEEP YOUR ARSE OUT OF THERE AT ALL COSTS. I don't want to lose you because you are hard headed. We love you in FatSecret ... you are one of our crusaders. Stay home at all costs.

Sandy, my DD is saying the same thing. You made my day. I now have groceries, plenty to last awhile especially with what I have in the freezer. Now to organize it and put it away. Have to get dog food tomorrow and hopefully more dried beans. Was surprised that the stores were almost out of them. If we can go back I will. It's so difficult working without the normal technology and not being able to get to some needed info. I am heeding the warnings to avoid the gym and am getting set up so I won't have to go out much except to work. They just announced that Taco Bell is closing their dining rooms and be only drive thru. Everyone work at staying healthy.

I work in a drug store. People are freaking out about face masks (good luck Chuck ... we are projecting 3 onon those), hand sanitizers (soap and water are man's best friend!) .... toilet paper (spring is coming ... heard of leaves?) ... STOCK UP ON WHOLesome food!!! Canned fish, veggies, etc. Frozen, too. Protein is the best way to build up immunity .. whether plant protein or meat and poultry and fish. Lots of options. I take ester C everyday. Elderberry is another. Keep washing your hand with soap and water and bath frequently.

Stay safe my friend, work is not as important as your life. 💛

Soap and Water! Agreed-- good food. Tis what I did today stocked up on food for animals and me. Before this area has very many cases. I have been also taking echinacea and goldenseal along with the other supplements I take including Vitamin C. Both good for immune systems and the goldenseal seems to help my allergies. Have to pay the bills so work it has to be. They are stressing not to come to work if you are sick and are being cautious with the building being closed due to a possible case. Anything respiratory I'm always off to the doc as soon as I can--I do not take chances of it escalating.
