I have the t rex arms today, 🥴 everything else is good though. Thursday I did chest and tri's workout friday I did legs Saturday back and Bill's. Sunday cardio and abs today shoulders, I could only lift 2.5lb "plate". lol tomorrow rest day. I should have started a week earlier for practice but oh well, I started it and first 5 workouts r completed. I'm doing well with food too. 25 days until vacation.

Thank you everyone. Maintaining is my failure for sure. It's so easy ( for me) to cut, but no so much to maintain. I have to work on that.
