I went to my granddaughter's state competition in intense yesterday. I had so much to do in the morning I can't believe this but I actually forgot to eat breakfast. I don't know about you but I have never forgotten to eat in my entire life. I've eaten and forgotten that I ate but I've never forgotten to eat. during the pranks between the competition my friend and I went up and walk The concourse of the venue a few times I got my all-time highest steps in yesterday. over 16,000 steps. even better than that my granddaughter did very well in the competition and they advance to the next round however they didn't place in that so proud
