My plate🤗😋 I logged it probably heavier than I should but to account for the 🧀😂😋😋 It’s a nice, balance of meat, dairy, and veggies. I do what I want. I follow not one WOE, but many. No reason for WOE wars. Find your balance 💯🙌💜💚 I practice it all from a big keto week, LCHF, Mediterranean, LCHP, to frozen pizza night moderately and add extra healthy toppings like anchovies and mushrooms and onions. I watch my macros. I drink my water and teas. I also drink 🍺. I learned, from watching this forum, and how absolutely nasty it can be, to do me. I took the best of it all and I practice it. There are truly carb sensitive folks, I am one of them, 2 o my children are them. Many here are and to poo poo that scientific reasoning away is wrong. You do have to work for what you want. That’s standard in any life event. This journey is hard, it doesn’t have to be harder then it is♥️♥️ Trial and error. Be ☺️☺️,💪💪 and ☀️☀️💜💚

Dearest JC. I am the same way. I don't follow any particular way of eating. But I do stay as low carb is possible. I don't digest carbs very well. And I don't digest Dairy very well. I just make up my own whatever feels the best for me. Your food looks amazing. I saw on your Journal you're almost down to the ones. I'm so excited for you. You're going to do this. 👏👏👏I hope you're not struggling with those steroids. I tried to reduce just 2 mg And I'm hurting this morning. I guess I need to take another Extra 1 this morning. 😁💙💝😍 Keep On Keepin On

Hi my skinny 🤗🥰❤️ Thank you my friend 💗 I do what I want but definitely try to keep it LC most of the week 🤗 I need my 🧀 in my life lol😋 I’m really excited to be so close to Onederland 🤗❤️❤️ I’m on the daily 5 mg for the RA but I have been on an additional 30-40 mg due to the lung congestion from flu. Murphy’s law friend 😩🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I hit a low and it’s steroid time what am I going to do🤷🏻‍♀️ Take it in stride and keep ☺️☺️,💪💪 and ☀️☀️💜💚 We got this!

It would be so much more fun if there weren't any diet wars. I like to see what people do and check up on them later to see if it is working for them. Having a war and sending them in hiding is not helping. The way I look at it, if a person is let's say 57 years old and medication free then I believe that their diet is good. That is if they have never taken medication and seemed healthy previously. As far as those who have a medical condition then they need to do what is right for them, listen to their doctors and not be influenced. You're doing well JC and it's good that you do what is right for you!

I agree Ireland and thank you🤗💕☺️ To each their own💪 It’s like people saying certain WOEs aren’t sustainable. There’s a lot of success here with all of them. It didn’t sit well having someone brand new who admits to wanting to know what it feels like to be fat judge me on a meal I always make. And blame my health issues on it. RA runs in my family. I was born with chronic bronchitis now asthma. In the 80’s not everyone quit smoking when they were pregnant. I pay the price for my moms lack of knowledge. I am what I eat, I’m 🌶, colorful, a little cheesy lol and delicious 🤷🏻‍♀️☺️😂 and loosing a ton of weight 💪💜💚
