We all may need to be concerned about the Coronavirus.
Antibiotics do nothing for viral infections like cold and flu.
I've been using a cure for colds and flu since 1960's.
I get only 5% to 10% sick compared to others around me during an outbreak.
I read this book, published in 1954 and others: Let's eat right to keep fit, a Book by Adelle Davis.
At first signs of a cold or flu I mix a drink of Pineapple or lemon juice, or any acidic drink, a tablespoon of nutritional yeast, and if needed drink it 3 times a day an hour before any other food. By end of first day I feel good, second day I'll continue with it even though I feel very good, the third day I'm pretty much over it. Others are sick for weeks.
B vitamins are the ammunition for our immune system. We can't store it like other vitamins, and in modern life we all lack enough B vitamins. This complex of 64 vitamins, is also the anti stress vitamins.
BTW B vitamin pills lack most of the complex, only having massive doses of the few we know what they do: b1, b2, b6 and so on to include less than a dozen.
In the B vitamin PILLS they claim to have the entire complex (or used too) but they get away with that by adding a little sprinkle of nutritional yeast in the pills. NOT enough for the complex to work as a team, like they are meant to.
I take nutritional yeast every morning in my breakfast drink or oats.

I am not worried about the Coronavirus. Recent pic, at 76 years old.
