I am cooking down two pounds of strawberries into a sweet chia jam that I will use to fill my crepes. YUM Just cut up two pounds of berries, add 1/4 cup of water, squirt of lemon, non-sugar sweetener and cook for 5-10 minutes. I usually take my immersion blender and make it smooth but you can mash if you want. Then I add a few tablespoons of chia seeds that will gel-up and make it thicker when it cools.
