@derrick It is a beef tip London broil with chopped onions, pepper, and a dash of salt cooked to liking (mine was medium rare). The salad is spinach, garden salad, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and 0.5 tbsp of low calorie poppyseed dressing ❤ Worked out to be about 350 calories and was soooo filling!

So, I’m not the only one craving Mac and cheese? Going to try a cauliflower cheese bake to see if that will exorcise the demon mac and cheese!!!

birdseye steamers make a delicious mac n cheese veggie pasta. I recommended stove top cooking instead of microwave. just throw in a little imitation butter and some seasoning and it's delicious
