Day 1 of a planned 3 days of eating

When I analyze my data on https://fatsecret.azurewebsites.net/ (a free website that I created that allows anyone to analyze their Fat Secret data in Microsoft Power BI), I see that my recent losses had sustained periods of low carbs and protein.

The net calories (the green graph) was also lower, but, not enough to explain the difference between the period where I was gaining weight vs. losing weight. That green chart shows that the majority of the time I have a calorie deficit, so I should not be gaining weight at all 😆.

However, it is the amount of my carbs and protein that directly correlates to my weight gain or loss.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I noticed a similar trend myself when I went vegan. I started to gain weight and noticed it seemed to be related to the carbs or then fat or protein. when I say carbs I mean complex carbs from grain, oats, bread ect. basically any carb that requires salt for flavor. I felt that if salt was needed then there was little nutrients. now I focus on simple carbs from fruit and vegetables and have noticed nice changes. maybe try mono meals for a period to see if the food actually makes you fell good or is a more difficult burden to digest.

also there is a strange thing with the definition of carbs. protein is make of carbon. fat is carbon based as well. carbohydrates are carbon as well. however there are slight differences when it comes to health. how they bond and how the body utilizes the carbon as fuel. it is clear that some carbon based things are more conclusive for ones health then others.
