1. The more protein we eat, the more acid we need in our stomachs.
2. taking antacids is a very bad idea, opposite what we need.
3. We get GERD (acid reflux) when we have not enough HCA (Hydrochloric Acid) in the stomach.
4. Most of the claimed benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) are false. However the benefits are:
a. helps digestion. b. splits proteins for digestion. c. activates enzymes. d. Increases mineral Absorption. e. reduces GERD. f. Kills Pathogens. g. reduces gas/bloating. h. increases insulin sensitivity.
