I returned to eating as I have been and viola! 3.2 pounds down. That took care of last weeks gain and a bit more. I ate well and felt good throughout. One thing that I did particularly well was that for the most part I ate in the window I have set myself each day so I didn't have to do any hard course corrections to account for days when I ate way beyond the window. This is much easier on the body and mind!

Last week I had come through the Christmas Season. Since then, it has been all about getting back to normal. I had one of my workers come back for two days. He has totally dismantled the bedroom that will be my laundry room. The two fellows plan to be back at it again starting Monday. I have made Turkey broth and a giant turkey stew to freeze and give to the family. All of us are still healing lingering colds. I have enjoyed this week long break from renos and holiday stuff in general.

Tomorrow I turn 61 years old. I got together with my daughter and sister and grandkids last night for supper. It was low key and nice. I am not sure but I may have the grandkids for the next two days depending on my daughter's plans this morning. Either way it will be nice.

For those of you who like before and after pictures- the one on the right was taken Jan 20 2019 and the one on the left was taken Dec 31, 2019 so 11 months apart. I am wearing the same shirt in both. Approximately 47 pounds between the two pictures.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 32.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
