Day 7 well about 5am I am going to weigh my self hoping to see a some wht of a loss. Now i need to start exercising to move things along

You can do and achieve anything you put your mind too. :)

One day at a time! Keep it up! I started a year ago, just walking. I got a podometer for 5 bucks at walmart, and it really motivated me to do another lap around the parking lot! Lol, what ever you can do, it does add up!
